UCSF Managing Children with Lower Limb Differences An Integrated Approach 2022 This Virtual Live-Steam course is designed to Educate and empower health care providers regarding an interdisciplinary approach to children with lower limb differences, deformities and length discrepancies.

This conference is tailored towards Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physicians, Pediatricians and Family Physicians, Orthotists & Prosthetists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists.
Objectives

- Identify the causes of pediatric lower limb differences (complex limb deformities)
- Discuss the comprehensive management of children with lower limb differences
- Describe an interdisciplinary team approach to managing children with lower limb differences
- Review the role of physical rehabilitation in managing children undergoing limb lengthening
- Identify the potential complications encountered during limb lengthening and strategies to avoid them
