Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to MedicalAmboss.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “MedicalAmboss,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MedicalAmboss.
MedicalAmboss provides and sells digital educational products only, including medical courses, educational videos, eBooks, PDF materials, downloadable files, audio files, subtitles, and other digital learning resources.
No physical products are sold or shipped.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, completing payment, receiving digital access, downloading content, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services or purchase our products.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or have the required authorization or consent.
- Information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
- You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.
- You will not share your account, login credentials, download links, cloud-storage links, or purchased content with unauthorized persons.
MedicalAmboss may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SECTION 2 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
MedicalAmboss sells digital products only.
Products may include:
- Online medical courses
- Educational video lectures
- PDF materials
- eBooks
- Digital books
- Audio files
- Subtitle files
- Downloadable educational resources
- Digital study materials
- Other electronically delivered educational content
No physical goods are provided and no physical shipment will occur.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, included materials, format, available previews, and other relevant product information before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their individual educational needs.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected digital product.
An order may be accepted after payment has been successfully authorized or processed and the transaction has been approved.
MedicalAmboss reserves the right to:
- Reject suspicious orders.
- Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Request additional payment verification.
- Reject unauthorized payment methods.
- Limit purchase quantities.
- Correct obvious pricing or listing errors.
- Cancel an order before digital delivery if payment cannot be verified.
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, email, and payment information.
You authorize MedicalAmboss and its authorized payment providers to process charges associated with your purchases.
Once valid digital delivery or access has been provided, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – DIGITAL DELIVERY
All MedicalAmboss products are delivered electronically.
Digital delivery may occur through:
- Download links
- Customer account access
- Course access
- Cloud-storage links
- Digital library access
- Other electronic delivery methods
A digital product is considered delivered once MedicalAmboss has:
- Provided or sent a valid download or access link;
- Made the purchased content available through the customer’s account;
- Provided access to the purchased course or files; or
- Otherwise made the purchased digital content electronically available.
The customer is not required to actually download, open, watch, view, or use the content for delivery to be considered complete once valid access has been provided.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to their email and customer account.
Customers are also responsible for having suitable:
- Internet access
- Device compatibility
- Storage capacity
- Browser or software
- Technical environment
necessary to access the purchased content.
Temporary delivery delays caused by payment verification, fraud screening, maintenance, hosting interruptions, internet problems, incorrect customer information, or other temporary technical circumstances do not automatically create a right to cancellation or refund.
SECTION 5 – ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR REFUNDS
Because MedicalAmboss sells non-physical digital products that may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used after delivery, all digital sales are final.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR REFUNDS AFTER VALID DIGITAL DELIVERY OR ACCESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
This applies regardless of whether the customer:
- Downloads all files.
- Downloads only part of the files.
- Does not download the files after receiving access.
- Changes their mind.
- No longer wants or needs the product.
- Purchases the wrong product.
- Fails to review the product description.
- Finds the content too basic or too advanced.
- Does not complete the course.
- Does not use the purchased content.
- Does not have sufficient storage capacity.
- Has an unreliable internet connection.
- Uses an incompatible device or software.
- Dislikes the format, organization, presentation, or teaching style.
- Finds similar content elsewhere after purchasing.
Customers should review all available product information before completing payment.
Technical Problems
A technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a legitimate access problem occurs, MedicalAmboss may attempt to:
- Restore access.
- Replace a broken or expired link.
- Provide another valid download link.
- Correct an account-access issue.
- Provide another reasonable method of accessing the purchased content.
Once valid access has been restored or provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
Incorrect Product Delivery
If MedicalAmboss accidentally provides a completely different digital product from the product shown in the confirmed order, our normal remedy will be to provide access to the correct purchased product.
Providing the correct product fulfills the original order and does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Duplicate Payments
If a confirmed payment-processing error results in the same transaction being charged more than once, the verified duplicate charge may be reversed or corrected.
Correction of an unintended duplicate payment is a payment correction, not a refund of the original purchased digital product.
Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law specifically requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, MedicalAmboss will comply to the extent legally required.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing checkout and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital product, not a physical product.
- No physical item will be shipped.
- You have reviewed the product information before purchasing.
- You understand the digital format of the purchased product.
- You request electronic delivery following payment approval.
- Providing valid access constitutes digital delivery.
- Actual downloading or use is not required for delivery to be considered complete.
- After valid digital delivery or access has been provided, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
SECTION 7 – DIGITAL ACCESS AND STORAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for accessing, downloading, and securely storing purchased materials while valid access remains available.
Where digital content is delivered through external cloud-storage or download services, customers should securely retain permitted copies of purchased materials.
MedicalAmboss does not guarantee indefinite hosting or permanent availability of every download link unless expressly stated otherwise.
Loss or deletion of files from a customer’s device or storage account does not create a refund entitlement.
Failure to download or save purchased content after valid digital access has been provided does not create a right to a refund.
SECTION 8 – LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, customers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use purchased content for their personal educational purposes.
Customers may not:
- Share purchased files.
- Share download links.
- Share cloud-storage links.
- Share account credentials.
- Redistribute purchased materials.
- Upload purchased content for unauthorized distribution.
- Resell purchased content.
- Rent or sublicense digital products.
- Transfer purchased access to another person.
- Circumvent access restrictions.
- Use automated tools to systematically copy protected website content.
- Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 9 – PRICES, ERRORS, AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product prices may change without prior notice.
MedicalAmboss may correct:
- Pricing errors.
- Typographical errors.
- Product-description errors.
- Formatting errors.
- Technical errors.
- Availability errors.
If an error is discovered before digital delivery, MedicalAmboss may correct or cancel the affected order where appropriate.
If valid digital access has already been provided, the purchase remains subject to our All Sales Final Policy.
If an error results in delivery of a completely different product, MedicalAmboss may resolve the issue by providing the correct purchased product.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MedicalAmboss may use third-party providers for:
- Website hosting
- Ecommerce functionality
- Payment processing
- Digital wallets
- Cloud storage
- Email delivery
- Analytics
- Fraud prevention
- Digital content delivery
- Other technical services
Some transactions or portions of checkout may therefore be processed through independent third-party platforms.
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policies.
Temporary interruption of an independent third-party service does not automatically create a right to refund or cancellation where access can reasonably be restored or replaced.
SECTION 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Personal information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed as necessary to:
- Process orders.
- Verify payments.

- Respond to payment disputes.
- Protect our Services.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.
SECTION 12 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, suggestions, testimonials, ideas, or other feedback, you confirm that your submission does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
MedicalAmboss may use voluntarily submitted feedback for legitimate business or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You may not submit:
- Malicious code.
- Fraudulent information.
- Unlawful content.
- Material infringing third-party rights.
- Content intended to interfere with operation of our Services.
SECTION 13 – PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

- Billing information
- Customer contact information
- Digital delivery
- Download links

If a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, fraud investigation, or payment inquiry occurs, MedicalAmboss may provide relevant transaction and fulfillment information to:
- Payment processors
- Banks
- Financial institutions
- Card networks
- Digital wallet providers
- Ecommerce platforms
- Fraud-prevention providers
- Dispute-resolution providers
where permitted by applicable law and applicable payment-provider rules.
Relevant evidence may include:

- Payment authorization records
- Transaction identifiers
- Billing information
- Delivery confirmation
- Access information
- Download-link delivery
- Customer correspondence
- Applicable Terms of Service
- Applicable Refund Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically establish that a refund is due.
If payment for an order is reversed, charged back, canceled, or determined to be unauthorized, access to digital products associated with that payment may be suspended or terminated.
Nothing in this section restricts rights available under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.
SECTION 14 – EDUCATIONAL USE DISCLAIMER
MedicalAmboss products are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, educational materials do not replace:
- Professional medical judgment.
- Patient-specific clinical assessment.

- Third-party hosting or cloud-storage providers will always be available.
- Purchased materials will satisfy every customer’s individual expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedicalAmboss shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services or digital products.
This may include, where legally permitted:
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of business opportunities.
- Loss of data.
- Business interruption.
- Device incompatibility.
- Loss caused by failure to securely store downloaded files.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicalAmboss and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Services.
- Unauthorized redistribution of purchased materials.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Infringement of third-party rights.

- Payment abuse.
- Chargeback abuse.
- Account sharing.
- Unauthorized content redistribution.
- Security violations.
- Material violation of these Terms.
Where access is terminated because of a customer’s violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided except where required by applicable law.
If payment associated with digital content is reversed, charged back, canceled, or determined to be unauthorized, access to that content may also be suspended or terminated.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
SECTION 20 – NO WAIVER
Failure by MedicalAmboss to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
SECTION 21 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our:
- Refund Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy
- Other policies expressly incorporated by reference
constitute the agreement between you and MedicalAmboss regarding your use of our Services and purchase of digital products.

These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable to MedicalAmboss and the relevant transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply.
Any dispute will be resolved before courts or authorities having lawful jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict legal or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
