ASNC2026 focuses on how nuclear cardiology informs cardiovascular diagnosis and management. The program examines cardiac PET and SPECT, quantitative myocardial blood flow, emerging tracers and artificial intelligence, alongside imaging for amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, infection and ischemic heart disease. Laboratory quality, technical standards, reimbursement and team-based care connect the imaging science with day-to-day practice.
The original meeting ran September 16–19, 2026 in Las Vegas, with a virtual program on September 26. The session list below preserves the published topics for clinicians, imaging specialists and technologists. It describes the conference program rather than a verified file manifest; live workshops, software access and provider registration are separate from this purchase.

Learning Objectives
The scientific program supports the following educational goals:
- Evaluate emerging PET and SPECT radiotracers for myocardial perfusion, cardiac amyloidosis, inflammation, and myocardial fibrosis.
- Understand how artificial intelligence may improve cardiovascular image reconstruction, interpretation, workflow, and laboratory efficiency.
- Apply multimodality imaging principles when evaluating cardiac amyloidosis, nonischemic cardiomyopathies, and heart failure.
- Differentiate cardiac infection from sterile inflammation using FDG-PET and complementary imaging techniques.
- Interpret quantitative myocardial blood flow and myocardial flow reserve measurements within clinical cardiovascular assessment.
- Review contemporary imaging approaches to coronary atherosclerosis and myocardial ischemia.
- Identify technical considerations affecting image quality, including attenuation correction, acquisition protocols, and artifacts.
- Explore emerging nuclear cardiology technologies and radiopharmaceutical developments.
- Apply evidence-based imaging principles to risk stratification and treatment planning.
- Understand laboratory management, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
- Evaluate the role of cardiac PET and SPECT in the cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic continuum.
- Improve multidisciplinary collaboration among cardiovascular imaging professionals.
