Pikos Institute Mastering Implant Dentistry Fundamentals Module 2 Multiple Implants, GBR, Compromised Sockets, L-PRF October 23 – October 25, 2025

The Pikos Institute Mastering Implant Dentistry Fundamentals  Module 2 is an advanced implant dentistry training program focused on multiple implant placement, guided bone regeneration (GBR), compromised extraction socket management, and biologic enhancement using Leukocyte- and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (L-PRF).

Designed for implant dentists and oral surgeons, this intensive hands-on educational course provides practical surgical strategies aimed at improving implant predictability, hard and soft tissue regeneration, and long-term restorative success in complex implant cases.

The curriculum combines evidence-based implant protocols with contemporary regenerative concepts, helping clinicians strengthen their understanding of implant site development, alveolar ridge reconstruction, grafting procedures, and biologically driven healing enhancement. Through step-by-step surgical instruction and clinical demonstrations, participants gain practical insight into managing challenging implant scenarios with greater confidence and precision.

This module is particularly valuable for clinicians seeking to expand beyond routine implant placement and improve outcomes in patients with compromised bone anatomy, extraction defects, and advanced grafting needs.

• Soft tissue challenges
• Esthetic zone reconstruction

This course provides clinicians with a practical framework for integrating:

• guided bone regeneration (GBR),
• biologic modifiers such as L-PRF,
• and evidence-based implant protocols

into everyday surgical practice.

Participants learn how to optimize implant stability, improve tissue healing, reduce complications, and enhance both functional and esthetic treatment outcomes.

Why This Course Matters

Modern implant dentistry extends far beyond simple implant placement. Successful long-term outcomes increasingly depend on the clinician’s ability to manage bone deficiencies, preserve soft tissue architecture, and integrate regenerative techniques into surgical planning.

This course provides a clinically practical and biologically driven approach to advanced implant surgery, helping clinicians improve implant stability, esthetic integration, and tissue healing in complex cases.

Its focus on GBR, extraction socket management, and L-PRF applications makes it especially relevant for implant dentists and oral surgeons seeking to expand their surgical capabilities and improve patient outcomes in regenerative implant dentistry.
