This CEC conference reviews common decisions in outpatient primary care, from cardiovascular prevention and hypertension to diabetes, kidney disease, and infection management. Session II of the 15th Annual Essentials in Primary Care Fall Conference took place November 11–15, 2024, at Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Florida, with an online participation option. The program includes asthma and angioedema, perimenopausal and perinatal mental health, office orthopedics, and perioperative assessment. Lectures and case-based sessions connect these subjects to everyday work in family medicine and internal medicine. The material is relevant to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants seeking a broad clinical review.
